Your belongings will arrive safely. Moving companies know how to safely pack a truck. They know how to maneuver furniture, and how to safely team-lift and support heavy items. They also have all the necessary equipment (lifting straps, appliance dolly, etc.)
You can do as much or as little as you want. Movers are also expert packers and loaders! If you want your whole house organized and packed up, moved, and unpacked, it can be done. If you just need help with the heavy lifting, that can be arranged as well!
